PANDAforest F11 Structural plywood is a high-quality structural use plywood. Made from of hardwood and radiata pine mix wood core, super E0 A bond adhesive under high temperature and high pressure together . Its a highly durable and versatile structural timber, excellent strength to weight ratio, quick and easy to install using standard carpentry tools.
Hardwood and pine mixed veneers are arranged crosswise according to mechanical properties. Hot melt wire connection are adopted to avoid excessive gap and ensure excellent hardness and stability.
The edge can be made in primary color, waterproof edge sealing or grooving according to customer requirements.
Special custom-made A Bond phenolic adhesives cross-bonded weather resistant glueing according to AS/NZS 2098.2. Deep penetration, locking each layer of veneer.

PANDAforest F11 Structural plywood is structurally tested and AS/NZS229-standard approved structural-grade plywood. With aexcellent surface clean finish, great stability, and broad versatility of uses throughout the building industry, it is commonly selected for uses such as bracing elements, box beams, hoardings, wall linings, flooring, sheds, general industrial applications and DIY projects, can also be used as barricades, hoarding, boxes, crates, shelving, and furniture using structural plywood.
F11 Structural Plywood radiata pine clean finish face and back available in 3 grades, BD, CD and DD. BD is a superior grade with no open face knotholes, no more than 8 wood patches and limited synthetic repairs on the face, 150 grit sanding on the face and 100 grit on the back. DD has a solid face with tight knots, limited wood patches and synthetic repairs, 100 git sanding on the face and 80 grit on the back. PANDAforest works very hard at providing the best quality faces at a reasonable price, but can vary depending on general supply conditions.

Apart from the regular standard dimensions of 1220mm x 2440mm and 1250mm x 2500mm, also special lengths are available (max width 2000 m and max lengrh 6000).
