Face and Back

Black High-density waterproof film 120 g/m2 or 220g/m2. Smooth and flat surface on both sides, solid, waterproof and wear-resistant. The film-faced surface of the panel creates high stability to various natural and chemical conditions.Easy Build high-quality flat concrete surfaces.

Strural

Full hardwood veneers are arranged crosswise according to mechanical properties. Miter joint and hot melt wire connection are adopted to avoid excessive gap and ensure excellent hardness and stability.

Edges

The edges 4 times sealed with water-dispersible acrylic paint in the factory for minimise moisture penetration. Grey edge red stripe.

Bonding

Special custom-made A Bond phenolic adhesives cross-bonded weather resistant glueing according to AS/NZS 2098.2. Deep penetration, locking each layer of veneer.
